At Self-DefenseStore we stand behind all of our products and it is our goal to make sure you get the right products that will best fit your needs. We also want to make sure that you know how to use all of our products effectively so that you can stay protected the best way possible. If there is every anything wrong we will replace any defective item at no additional cost to you. There is a 20% restocking fee for the return of non-defective items. In order to process any returns, you must FIRST email us and let us know so that we may provide you with a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). The RMA# must be written on the outside of the box. There must also be a note in the box explaining the problem. Returns received without a note will result in a longer processing time. RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE RMA #’S ON THE LABEL WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER. Refunds will be issued back through PayPal once processing is complete. We will email or call you once the return is received and processed. Self-DefenseStore.com does not pay for shipping on returned items. TASER RETURNS must be handled in a different way that the rest of our products.
